Thalassemia is a chronic disease that can affect quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family support, transfusion compliance and self-efficacy on the quality of life of children with thalassemia. This research was correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 45 people. Data were collected using questionnaires, and statistical analysis consisted of descriptive data analysis of respondents’ characteristics, univariate analysis of each variable, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
