This research presents a comparative analysis of Islam and the contemporary Muslim world to identify the status of women. Men and women are given equal rights as humans and individuals in Islam, regardless of their age, social status, or edification, but they are not equal in terms of constitutional rights and obligations worldwide. It proposes that in the early days of Islam, women have been given whole self-assurance, conviction, and excessive obligations in leadership, instructive guiding, and decision-making.
