In order to maintain maritime and river activities, more than 50 Mm3 of sediment are dredged each year in France. These large amounts of sediment constitute a major technical, environmental and economic challenge. In order to improve the management of sediments, project managers need to equip themselves with tools that will enable them to take the best decision about the management and the valorisation field. In this context, this thesis aims at developing a decision-making tool for the optimisation of the treatment and formulation processes of dredged sediments for their valorisation in civil engineering applications. 4 target applications were identified, namely road sublayers, concrete, flood protection dikes and agricultural spreading. ...
