Every biological organism is a complex system that responds to the constraints of a program linked to its perpetuation and its environment. The regulation of transcription is one of the fundamental adaptation mechanisms of living organisms. The dynamics of the proteins responsible for this mechanism is a key element. In this thesis, I focused on the P-TEFb complex (Positive Transcription Elongation Factor) which plays an essential role in the release of transcriptional pauses.In microscopy, different methods are used to measure intracellular molecular dynamics.
