Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) are a new source of remote sensing data that offers new perspectives to Earth observation sciences. It allows a new flexible and very high spatial resolution observation regime that appears to be complementary to that of satellite systems and supports the application of the downscaling. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the contribution of complementarities between UAV and satellite for the monitoring of wet grasslands - environments with high ecological and economic stakes.
