The objective of our research is to study the influence of the perception of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices on the organizational identification of employees in Beninese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this objective, we relied on the theory of social identity and the theory of social exchange by borrowing the positivist epistemological approach developed according to a mixed methodology (exploratory qualitative and confirmatory quantitative) following hypothetico-deductive reasoning.
