In that context, the new buildings must ensure thermal comfort to the occupants despite hot summer conditions and this for the several decades of its operation.During the occupancy phase, automated control of solar shadings, night mechanical ventilation and other technical solutions have limitations in terms of occupants’ acceptance and ownership. In order to give adapted recommendations, it is necessary to understand the influence of different occupants’ actions on the building thermal response.
