The project of this thesis is to better understand the mechanisms at the origin of the stability of soap films, surface bubbles, or aqueous foams and to predict their lifetime. Three experimental devices were used to stabilise these systems, by suppressing evaporation or gravity, or by adapting the physical-chemistry of the solutions. In the first part, we show that the physical-chemistry modifies the thinning dynamics of the surface bubbles, essentially via evaporation and not via drainage. To stabilise the bubbles despite evaporation, we show that the addition of glycerol is relevant. For each of the systems studied, we propose a model to describe the thinning dynamics observed.
