Spectral optical imaging refers to the formation of images using several wavelengths of the light spectrum. This technique can be applied to biological tissues to quantify intrinsic markers. In this thesis, two biomedical applications have been investigated: intraoperative functional neuroimaging and the detection of pathological tissues in endoscopic explorations (proof of concept for the endoscopic exploration in a murin model). For both applications, the objective is to estimate the oxygenation spatio-temporal changes in biological tissues. These measurements are guided by physiology and are based on the development of experimental devices, the acquisition and processing of data in "real time" and the development of detection models. Fun...
