L'étude de la métaphore dans la littérature des prophètes de la Bible est un chapitre important dans l'histoire de l'exégèse. La métaphore biblique utilise les effets linguistiques, rhétoriques et poétiques du langage hébraïque pour rendre plus concrète et compréhensible la portée du message à transmettre. Cette compréhension est dépendante du milieu social et culturel auquel la métaphore s'adresse. Dans ce travail nous nous sommes attachés à analyser les métaphores empruntées aux milieux agricoles et à celui de la famille, plus particulièrement la vigne et ses produits, l'amour conjugal et filial et ses développements.
