Cette étude a conduit à l'identification des séquences nucléotidiques uniques de deux souches non séquencées de Campylobacter jejuni, bactérie à l'origine d'affections entériques chez l'homme par comparaison avec la souche séquencée NCTC 11168. Nous avons étudié les souches C. jejuni TGH 9011 et 81-176, toutes deux présentant des phénotypes de virulence plus accentués que la souche séquencée. Nous avons mis au point une puce à ADN de type " shotgun ", générée par dépôt de plasmides représentatifs d'une banque génomique totale de chacune de ces deux souches. L'étude a permis l'identification de 130 ORFs spécifiques par rapport à la souche-type pour TGH 9011 et 86 ORFs ainsi que la séquence du plasmide pTet pour 81-176. Les gènes identifiés...
