The Office of Rural Water (ORW) engages in activities to promote the success of small rural water systems in underserved challenged communities. ORW assists with technical, managerial and financial consultation issues related to small water systems and community wastewater systems. The ultimate goal is to achieve tangible improvements to rural water systems which improves the quality of life and health of the citizens they serve
