The results are presented from a study of three-layer geodesic dome structures with bar fillers under their own weight. An algorithm was developed for selecting the type of structural layout used and the reference parameters chosen in terms of the technological, strength, and weight characteristics. The results of this analysis aim to make it easier for designers to determine the optimal reference parameters in the initial stage of the designing of geodetic hemispherical dome structures, the construction of which is planned to be carried out in remote areas with harsh climatic conditions.
