Background: This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of 70–150 μm doxorubicin drug-eluting bead (DEB) transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) with those of 100–300 μm DEB-TACE as first-line treatment in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
