The objective of this research analysis is to explore the impact of Fintech disruptions within the financial services industry—measuring the sentiment of consumers and how demand may change over time. This was achieved by preparing a cross-sectional survey that gauged the participant\u27s satisfaction of their experiences with new financial technologies. Also, a case study was conducted to evaluate the system changes that a boutique investment advisory firm has underwent due to the evolving Fintech landscape.
