The homogeneous and isotropic cosmological model in the Weyl conformal geometry is considered. We showed that, despite the conformal invariance, the dust matter is allowed in such a universe. It is shown that the number of dust particles is not conserved, i. e., they are continuously produced. The general form of the law for their creation is found.Comment: 10 page
