This house was designed for A.F. Spigner in 1925. The current owners purchased the property in 2004 and began a considerable rehabilitation campaign. The proposed and completed work was approved by the State Historic Preservation Office qualifying the owners for a South Carolina Homeowner’s Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit
