A review of the State Housing Finance and Development Authority's homeownership program

This report by the Legislative Audit Council reviews the State Housing Finance and Development Authority. The Council found that the authority has administered the program in compliance with state and federal requirements and has helped low income people. It also found that the program has served higher income families than would have been desired for optimum results and it identified problems with the authority's financial resource management and planning
