Мodelling of structural communications of the complex of influences by the concentrated streams of energy at combined processings

It is shown, that use of criteria of carrying over for the analysis of processes of formation of structures and phases repeatedly reduces volume of experimental researches of technology of formation of a blanket at the combined methods of electrophysical processing. It is offered at management of energy sources to use the parities proportional to criteria of carrying over of heat and weight. It is shown, that the analysis of the generalised schemes of processes of electrophysical processing allows to allocate main principles of the organisation of a feedback in open technological system. Straight lines and feedback for management of electromagnetic and thermomechanical influences are allocated: positive in case of formation of a relief of a surface, negative at change of properties of the material, processings defining productivity. It is shown, that maintenance of conditions of self-organising of processes of formation of a blanket and the organisation of feedback in open technological systems at joint influences allow to operate by means of stabilisation of electrophysical and thermomechanical processes efficien-cy and quality of processing.Рассмотрена модель процессов формирования изделий. Показано, что использование критериев переноса для анализа процессов образования структур и фаз многократно сокращает объем экспериментальных исследований технологии формирования поверхностного слоя при комбинированных методах обработки. Предложено при управлении источниками энергии использовать соотношения, пропорциональные критериям тепломассопереноса. Показано, что анализ обобщенных схем процессов обработки позволяет выделить основные принципы организации обратной связи в открытой технологической системе. Выделены прямые и обратные связи для управления электромагнитными и термомеханическими воздействиями: положительные в случае формирования рельефа поверхности, отрицательные при изменении свойств материала, определяющие производительность обработки. Показано, что обеспечение условий самоорганизации процессов формирования поверхностного слоя и организация обратных связей в открытых технологических системах при совместных воздействиях позволяют посредством стабилизации электрофизических и термомеханических процессов управлять эффективностью и качеством обработки
