Objectives:. To determine the reproducibility of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) resectability status classification for pancreatic cancer. Background:. The NCCN classification defines 3 resectability classes (resectable, borderline resectable, locally advanced), according to vascular invasion.
