The importance of keeping it simple: Reflections on a Law on administrative procedure for EU institutions

The author insists on the need to approve within a short period of time an EU Regulation on the formalities and actions that must be met by any administrative procedures of the European institutions. She provides examples drawn from the history of relevant Spanish legislation and makes proposals for the basic content of a new EU regulation, which would set out the rights of the interested parties in the procedures, as well as other provisions regarding the legal regime for administrative action
