The author proposes a new scientific debate over the phenomenon of muIticulturalism, and also examines the critical yet time criticisms, objections, and implemented practices of muIticuIturalism, on this basis to protect and develop a new perspective in these parts have achieved so far, which are most valuable. In conclusion, emphasizes, that in the world and individual countries continue to make the processes causing the further tak ing of issues relating to muIticulturalism seems to be inevitable, or at least a necessary and indispensable.113
