Many therapies have been investigated for systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD), including immunosuppressive therapies, antifibrotic agents, immunomodulators and monoclonal antibodies. There is a high unmet medical need to better understand the current evidence for treatment efficacy and safety.
