BACKGROUND: The most common B-cell cancers, chronic lymphocytic leukemia/lymphoma (CLL), follicular and diffuse large B-cell (FL, DLBCL) lymphomas, have distinct clinical courses, yet overlapping cell-of-origin . Dynamic changes to the epigenome are essential regulators of B-cell differentiation.
