The current software for planetary atmosphere simulations, at the moment of writing this thesis, is already extended to a ShallowWater monolayer and multilayer model. Thus, this document focuses on the implementation of the atmospheric perturbations, as well as their numerical integration in the ShallowWater model (SW3) contained in the SA3 code environment developed by the research group TUAREG. In this sense, the first step related to the code has been to debug and improve the implemented functions in order to make them more efficient and avoid redundant calculations that translate into unnecessary computational costs.
