This thesis shows research based on the localization of possible victims lost or trapped under the rubble due to natural disasters or areas in emergency situations using their mobile phones. It assumes that nowadays, the use of these devices has increased significantly in the population. Therefore, if located the mobile phones are possible to find our victim very close. The location of mobile phones is currently based on systems such as GPS, the synchronization of base stations, etc. However, in an emergency situation, a rapid deployment method is needed that works under the adversities of a disaster scenario with various obstacles.
