Influence of Personnel Motivation and Involvement on the Performance of a Branch of a Large Federal Company

The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that at present the performance of most companies depends on the actions of employees. Most of the factors can affect the performance of employees of organizations, but one of the primary ones is their motivation, as well as their involvement in the work process, the achievement of a certain goal. This article is aimed at studying the relationship between the problem of a branch of a large federal company and staff motivation. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the relevance of the problematic of dissertation research, analysis and structuring of the concepts of motivation, personnel involvement. The research method is a logical analysis of theoretical material on the topic of future dissertation work. As a result of the study, it turned out that the problem of the subsidiary organization is deeper than the lack of involvement of personnel, and it is necessary to study additional materials related to the company's HR brand, intra-organizational marketing.Актуальность данной темы обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время показатели большинства компаний зависят от действий ее сотрудников. На результативность работников организаций может влиять большинство факторов, но одними из первостепенных являются их мотивация, а также вовлеченность в рабочий процесс, достижение определенной цели. Данная статья направлена на исследование взаимосвязи проблемы филиала крупной федеральной компании с мотивацией персонала. Цель работы – обоснование актуальности проблематики диссертационного исследования, анализ и структуризация понятий мотивация, вовлеченность персонала. Методом исследования является логический анализ теоретического материала по теме будущей диссертационной работы. В результате исследования выяснилось, что проблема дочерней организации глубже, чем невовлеченность персонала, и необходимо изучение дополнительных материалов, связанных с HR-брендом компании, внутриорганизационным маркетингом
