UAE as a Global Investment Environment for Tourism and Human Resources

The article, in the context of the verification of the special role of the tourism services market in the economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), shows that investment in this sector is not limited to its development and modernization, but is decisive for the formation and development of its human (labor) potential as "its main nerve." Accordingly, based on the results of the strategic diagnosis of the state of the investment market in the tourism industry in the region, the article shows a change in the investment policy regarding the labor resources of the sector in the context of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic.В статье, в контексте верификации особой роли рынка туристических услуг в экономике Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов (ОАЭ), показано, что инвестиции в данный сектор не ограничиваются его развитием и модернизацией, а имеют определяющее значение для формирования и развития его человеческого (трудового) потенциалакак «его главного нерва». В соответствии с этим в статье на основе результатов стратегической диагностики состояния рынка инвестиций в сфере индустрии туризма в данном регионе показано изменение инвестиционной политики в отношении трудовых ресурсов данного сектора в условиях кризиса, обусловленного пандемией коронавируса
