PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN BCA MULTIFINANCE CABANG GRESIK

The purpose of the study was to determine the characteristics of work, work motivation, and job satisfaction of employees; determine the effect of job characteristics and work motivation on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are BCA Multifinance marketing employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample of 40 respondents who were taken using a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the job characteristics, work motivation, and job satisfaction of employees were categorized as high; job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; Job characteristics and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction
