Penguatan Kerjasama Ekonomi Bangladesh - Indonesia Melalui Pembelian Kereta Penumpang

This research to explain the strengthening in economic cooperation between Indonesia and Bangladesh through the purchase of passenger trains. This cooperation is a way to open up opportunities to enter the world market for Indonesia and to expand the transport infrastructure in the rail sector for Bangladesh. The good cooperation in the purchase of passenger trains has led Bangladesh to believe in an increase in the export volume of passenger trains since 2005. The concepts and theories used in this study are the concept of bilateral relations and economic diplomacy theory, where the researcher sees that the two countries need each other’s roles in order to realize their country's interests. Researchers use library studies to get research data from books, journals, articles, official websites, annual reports, and other academic sources to help clarify this topic. The results of the study indicate that this cooperation in the purchase of passenger trains has increased the volume of trade and is one of the reasons for the formation of further cooperations to facilitate the trade in goods
