ANALISA KEBIJAKAN IRAN DALAM MENYEPAKATI PERJANJIAN JOINT COMPHERENSIVE PLAN OF ACTION (JCPOA) PADA MASA PEMERINTAHAN PRESIDEN HASSAN ROUHANI

This research entitled Analysis of Iran Policy on the JCPOA Agreement ( Joint Compherensive Plan Of Action) during the administration of President Hassan Rouhani, about Iran strategy in maintaining it’s nuclear program trought a series of diplomatic processes with the P5+1 group consisting of the United States, Britain, Russia, China, Germany, France which ultimately resulted in a agreement calles the JCPOA (Joint Compherensive Plan Of Action). The purpose of this research is to analysis the success of Iran in obtaining the right to continue it’s nuclear program, and the lifting of all sanction imposed on Iran, which made the Iranian economy slump. The author ini analysis the research, uses the theory of foreign policy strategy from John P. Lovell with the type of Concordance Strategy, where Iran in taking a policy looks at two aspect, namely the capability of the United States anda the capability of it’s own country. This research uses an explanatory type with qualitative methods, and the level analysis of the Nation-State. Based of Iran’s policy view it’s capabilities as weaker the the United State economic and military capabilities
