This study aims to find out how the Bukalapak platform protects consumers from various problems in buying and selling second-hand, viewed from a Sharia economic perspective. The approach and type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research, with data sources from interviews and observations with several sources, so that the results obtained are in accordance with the conditions in the field. To find results that match the problem formulation. Researcher used data analysis techniques based on the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of this study indicate the suitability of the protection process provided by the Bukalapak platform for its consumers, with Islamic economic principles, namely, when a defective item is found by a buyer, the buyer has the right to file a complaint, or in Sharia economic principles it is called the "Khiyar" right. The khiyar that the researcher uses focuses on the khiyar 'Aib, because the researcher discusses defects in the purchase of second-hand, and is limited to certain conditions or khiyar syarat, namely the buyer has the right to hold deliberation with the seller, whether the buyer will continue or cancel the transaction on certain conditions. conditions that have been determined by Bukalapak
