ANALISIS YURIDIS NORMATIF PERBANDINGAN HAK ANAK ANGKAT TERHADAP HARTA WARISAN ORANGTUA ANGKATNYA MENURUT HUKUM ADAT JAWA, HUKUM ISLAM DALAM KHI DAN KITAB UNDANG UNDANG HUKUM PERDATA

The legal inheritance system in Indonesia has been regulated in Islamic, customary and civil law in which the community has been given the freedom to choose the legal basis to be used in the matter of dividing inheritance. There are two important things that are closely related to inheritance issues, namely wills and adopted children. In the opinion above, the writer will describe in this paper comprehensively. This thesis examines two things, namely (1) How is the comparison of the inheritance rights of adopted children to the inheritance of their adoptive parents According to Javanese Customary Law, Based on Islamic Law According to KHI, According to the Civil Code. (2) How is the implementation of the inheritance rights of adopted children according to Javanese Customary Law, Islamic Law according to the KHI (Islamic Law Compilation) and according to the Civil Code in court decisions? The writing method is using the approach taken, namely the normative legal method with the technique of collecting legal materials through library research, namely the study of written information about law that comes from various sources and is widely published and is needed in normative legal research. This information can be obtained from several books, journals and articles. The author's conclusion is related to the inheritance rights of adopted children over the inheritance of their adoptive parents, namely in Indonesia until now there are still various inheritance legal systems, namely the civil law inheritance system contained in the BW, the customary law inheritance system, and the Islamic legal inheritance system. However, the three inheritance laws have something in common, namely that the object of the inheritance law is the inheritance that must be distributed to the heirs. with this the author will examine more deeply related to this
