Pengaruh Cash Holding, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris pada Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

This research aims to empirically know the influence of cash holding, profitability, and leverage on the value of the company. The population used in this study is property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. Using the purposive sampling method obtained 46 company data for 3 consecutive years so that there are 138 sample data. This study used secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The data analysis technique in this study used regression analysis of panel data using EViews 10 software. Based on research that has been done, the results show that (1) cash holding does not affect the value of the company, (2) profitability has no effect on the value of the company, and (3) leverage has a positive effect on the value of the company
