PERAN JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGENCY (JICA) DALAM PROSES REKONSTRUKSI INFRASTRUKTUR DAERAH PASCA TSUNAMI DI PALU TAHUN 2018

The earthquake and tsunami that occurred in Palu in 2018 caused damage and losses in the economic and social sectors. After the disaster, the government tried to rehabilitate and reconstruct infrastructure with funding sources from the APBN, foreign grants and foreign loans. Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is one of the institutions that provides foreign assistance in the form of grants and loans. This study uses descriptive research and analyzes using qualitative methods. The author uses the concept of international development cooperation. In order to complete the analysis, the author also completes this research with secondary data in the form of library data from book sources, online dailies and official websites.
