PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN GENDER BOARD DIVERSITY TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

The aims this research to empirically check the impact of institutional ownership, firm size, and gender board diversity on financial performance mediated by CSR disclosure. The research sample was 63 companies from all mining companies which were determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by path analysis.The results prove that institutional ownership has a significantly positive effect on financial performance, while firm size and gender board diversity have a significantly negative effect on financial performance. CSR disclosure plays a role in mediating the relationship between firm size and financial performance, but does not mediate institutional ownership and gender board diversity with financial performance
