ANALISIS PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, LAMA USAHA, DAN JAM KERJA TERHADAP TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI PANTAI PANGI KABUPATEN BITAR

The level of income is one of the criteria for developing or not an area. Viewed from a lexical point of view, income is defined as the result of wages from work. Several factors that can affect the level of income are working capital, length of business and working hours. The tourism industry is one area that is committed to individual salary levels. This is because the travel industry will bring in tourists. The emergence of tourists to a tourist area will open up promising conditions for the surrounding area to start a business. Thus, it can be said that the existence of tourism in an area will affect the income level of the local community. This study aims to observe whether working capital, length of business, and working hours have a significant effect on the income of street vendors. This study uses data obtained from research respondents, namely street vendors in Pangi Beach, Blitar Regency. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital and length of business have a significant effect on the wages of road traders on Pangi beach, Blitar Regency. However, the variable working hours does not have a major impact on the salaries of road traders in Pangi Beach, Blitar Regency
