RESILENSI PENYANDANG DISABILITAS FISIK TUNA RUNGU DALAM MENGHADAPI BULLYING DI LINGKUNGAN SEKITAR ( Study Kasus di SDLB NEGERI TOMPOKERSAN LUMAJANG)

Social Welfare Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Malang which aims to: find out the types of bullying in children with physical disabilities and understand when bullying occurs and know the resilience of people with physical disabilities in dealing with bullying. This research belongs to the type of descriptive qualitative research which aims to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or area. This research was conducted at SDLB NEGERI TOMPOKERSAN LUMAJANG. The technique for determining the subject is purposive, while the data collection technique is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive models (Milles and Huberman) namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of this study indicate that how to overcome bullying in persons with disabilities: 1). Meet someone you trust and tell them what happened to you, 2). If bullying occurs at school, then tell a teacher or school counselor and ask what can be done to follow up on it, 3). Don't be afraid to report bullying to those in authority. And the resilience of people with disabilities to bullying, each person with a disability is proven to have the ability to survive in the environment in which they live
