In this sense, PDIP prioritizes experienced internal cadres rather than as in the case of other parties, namely by picking a new figure who does not or does not have a political background. One of the conditions is that a psychological test is held to see aspects of the ideology of Pancasila, personality, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the fighting power of candidates. Participants who pass will take part in the debriefing of candidates. They will be tested again for their abilities in carrying out the functions of legislation, budgeting, supervision, and representation. The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle is looking for sons and daughters of the nation who are strong in defending and capable of grounding Pancasila, have a strong populist consciousness, are proficient in their fields, are familiar with science and technology and technology, and are able to inflame a sense of love for the country, and are determined to create a sovereign Indonesia. independent and cultured. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive type of research. This method is used to create a valid and accurate description or description in accordance with the results obtained in the field. In addition, this method can also be used to analyze research results but is not used to make broader conclusions. The researcher finds that regardless of the existence of political parties, the tendency is to gain power, with the acquisition of power, the cadres in the winning political parties have more privileges to make rules, regulations and policies which of course must be in favor of the party itself, the general public and the state. There are those who say that the dynastic political system, nepotism or kinship politics are still inherent in various political parties, but the author believes that this is not entirely true because there is a concept of regeneration in political parties, especially the Malang City PDI-P DPC which applies family regeneration first. affect the family, the environment and ultimately affect the harmony of the positive things of the general public
