EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGEMBANGAN WISATA MENUJU SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DI DESA BUMIAJI

One of the ways in which village development can be done is by developing its local potential. Bumiaji Village is an agro-tourism village with various potentials, ranging from picking apples, oranges, crystal guava, flower tourism, Etawa goat farming, and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) resulting from the agro-tourism production. The results of the study indicate that the development process in Bumiaji Village has fulfilled the aspects of sustainable development, but in the process it is still not running optimally. The potential of agriotourism is the main resource in carrying out ecological development. From the aspect of social justice, the potential of agro-tourism has provided benefits and impacts to land owners, village governments and local residents. Economic development in Bumiaji relies on natural resources, namely production from fields and rice fields. The development of agro-tourism can increase people's income and expand the workforce, so that the welfare of citizens can increase. Village development based on local potential of agro-tourism needs to be continuously developed. This can be done through human resource development, promotion and improvement of facilities and infrastructure. The next problem is the level of HR which is still far from what is expected
