Samatan Asri Housing requires a celan water network planning system and drainage better so as n ot to cause problems in the future. This plan is planned at 100% housing condition. The analytical method used in planning the clean water networks and drainage in the Samatan Asri housing estate is taking into account the amount of community water needs to plan the clean water networks. The drainage discharge is obtained from the amount of waste water discharge and rainfall discharge for the design results of the drainage channel cross section.. From calculation of clean water need for domestic sector is 2,49 liter/second while for non-domestic is 0,374 liter/second. The need of water is raising, maximally to be 4,292 liter/second in daily need per day. 5,600 liter/second is reached at the top of use. The type of channel that use in Samatan Asri Housing is a reinforced concrete U ditch (square shape). The Dimension used (0,3 x 0,3 m), (0,4 x 0,4 m), (0,5 x 0,5 m), (0,6 x 0,6 m), (0,7 x 0,7 m) and (0,8 x 0,8 m). The difference of dimension can accommodate the debit caused by the rain water and domestic excessive dbit correspond to the canal debit.
