Agroindustry comes from two words agricultural and industry which means an industry that uses agricultural products as its main raw material or an industry that produces a product to be used as an input in agricultural businesses. So the purpose of this study is to process jackfruit into chips to increase the taste resistance of jackfruit so that it is suitable for consumption and utilized in order to obtain a high selling value in the market. The objectives of this study 1.Analyze the income of the jackfruit chips agroindustry at UD Virgo Snack Bersinar, Pakis District, Malang Regency, 2. Analyzing the added value of the jackfruit chips agroindustry at UD Virgo Snack Bersinar, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This research method uses several methods from the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of choosing research locations intentionally by considering certain aspects.
