PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN GENDER DIVERSITY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

This paper aimed to analyze the influence of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility toward financial performance with gender diversity as moderation variable of Indonesia Stock Exchange especially on manufacture companies . The sample comprises 28 non financial public companies by two periods analyzed, thus the total was 56 companies. The type of this study used asosiasif research by using documentation technic and quantitative approach; also using secondary data resource. For that, it was used SEM (Structural Equation Model) by warppls program to analyze it. The result showed that corporate governance did not influence to financial performance, conversely the variable of corporate social responsibility gave positive influence toward financial performance. Hence fort, the result was significant influential variable of corporate governance toward financial performance where moderating by gender diversity.
