ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE DENGAN FAKTOR RESIKO DIABETES MELLITUS DI RUANG DIPONEGORO RSUD KANJURUHAN KABUPATEN MALANG

Background : CKD is a global health problem with an increasing incidence along with an increasing number of elderly people, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. CKD in the patient Mr. Z A (60 years old) is a complication of diabetes mellitus, the patient has a diabetic ulcer that has not healed for a month. The purpose of writing this Final Scientific Paper for Nurses is to analyze medical nursing care for Mr. Z A (60 years old) with CKD complications from one week of practice in the Diponegoro Room, Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang Regency. Methods: The writing of this final scientific paper for nurses uses a case study report design to identify nursing care problems for CKD patients in the Diponegoro Room, RSUD Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency. The author performs nursing care includes: assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, implementation and evaluation. Results: After 3 days of nursing care, the authors raised 7 nursing diagnoses, namely: ineffective peripheral perfusion, unstable blood glucose levels, impaired skin and tissue integrity, nausea, risk of ineffective renal perfusion, knowledge deficit and non-compliance. 4 nursing diagnoses have been resolved, while the other 3 nursing problem have been partially resolved. Discussion: Nursing problems in patients with CKD due to complications of diabetes mellitus. The main diagnosis in the patient is ineffective peripheral perfusion with the intervention given circulation care, this nursing problem has not been resolved so the patient is recommended to perform debridement
