It is becoming an alarming issue for organizations to handle the new generation who is flowing into the current workforce because the older age group is retiring. This new generation is called Gen Y. This generation is totally job optimistic and often their devotion towards organization is being questioned as many enterprises are facing a high level of attrition among them.
