Laboratorios de innovación: escenarios disruptivos para la Construcción Social de Conocimiento

This chapter provides a descriptive look at open innovation and knowledge creation practices offered by innovation laboratories. innovation, understood as learning communities that promote development, research, technological progress and open science. The objective is to propose a typology of laboratories, with the particular characteristics of each one, documented in indexed international scientific journals: citizen, virtual, open, living, urban, innovation laboratories, among others. The chapter also presents some features that all of these laboratories share. For example, some dynamics and methodologies for the Social Construction of Knowledge, as well as its interest in generating Science and Open Innovation. All this implies an integrating will, expressed in the heterogeneous and transdisciplinary professional profiles of its participants, in the generation of alliances between companies, governments and institutions educational, in the combination of formal and informal environments of interaction and, ultimately, in combining science and experience. how it blooms in them the free, spontaneous and voluntary participation of people who want co-produce solutions to their common problems?
