Normal-pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) is a rarely known and underrated condition. Based on observations from daily clinical practice, it is suspected that many cases of NPH are overseen and treated incorrectly. The lack of reliable diagnostic criteria and the patient’s effort to perform well under observation could be explanations for this situation. NPH is characterized by specific gait patterns. The aim of this trial was to confirm those patterns as useful and derive additional criteria for the diagnosis of NPH
