Interpreting and acting on feedback from diverse audiences can be overwhelming. Practitioners who lack the requisite knowledge and experience for processing such feedback often fail to improve their creative work even when supplied with good feedback. In my thesis, I report the results from three experiments testing novel techniques aimed at enhancing the utility of a collection of feedback written by multiple providers with different backgrounds.
