The study aimed to assess effectiveness of electronic services in university libraries in Punjab, Pakistan. The study adopted the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected through the questionnaire from library users in eight public universities by employing the convenience sampling technique. The findings of the study reveal that the libraries did not offer adequate electronic services. The respondents did not seem satisfied with the electronic services as most of them did not give their opinions about the services.
