Green chemistry techniques, namely supercritical fluid (SFE), enzymatic and natural deep eutectic solvent (NaDES) extraction, were employed on Sargassum wightii seaweed. LC-MS/MS estimation revealed that the SFE technique could extract the maximum amount of fucoxanthin , followed by NaDES and enzymatic extraction.
